Startup exhibition guidelines

 

  1. You will have access to:
    • round 1,5m diameter table
    • 4 chairs
    • 220V power outlet (please have an extension if you need more than one)
    • WiFi internet (decent speed - please do not stream HDTV ;)
  2. You can use the space however you like but please make sure you do not disturb other participants, i.e. no loud sounds. Most teams use the table to showcase their project on couple laptops.
  3. You can use roll-ups, leaflets, etc. But again - make sure you do not disturb other participants.
  4. You can start setting up your space on Friday 9:00 am
  5. Your space would be available for the full 2 days.
  6. Please do not leave any valuables unattended or overnight. We cannot take responsibility for any lost items.
  7. Your "exhibition space ticket" covers up to 5 people. Please send names of all the participants to fundacja@polak20.pl - This is important if you want to get through security. Thanks
