Antti Vilpponen is currently the CEO, Co-Founder and the father of the idea behind ArcticStartup. Before founding twago, Gunnar Berning worked for Siemens AG for approximately 6 years as Senior Project Manager, where he was an advisor to different parts of the company in Germany, Finland, Israel, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Berning has extensive operational experience in the areas of M&A/IPO, Post Merger Integration, turn-over enlargement, planning strategy in an intercultural environment and restructuring.
